800 miles later! What a weekend!

Thursday we headed down to the Manti Temple to see the pageant with Jayson's parents. We took Joy and John and we all loved the show. It was a long drive but well worth it. The temple was beautiful and then we stayed in Provo overnight and let the kids swim the next day. On the way home we stopped at the cool new Harley-D store and Jayson and John both were eyeing down beautiful Harley's. (Don't worry I'll never let him have one..... cuz I think they are way too dangerous!!!) Then we drove back to Brigham and left the kids with Joy for the weekend and we ventured back down to Heber and Park City for a Dental Retreat for delegates and their wives. It was beautiful in the mountains and we had a great time with lots of food, a live concert by Kalai, and lots of visiting. A great big thanks to Joy who kept the kiddos. The kids love her way more than us...(no.. I am not joking, and we would be lost with out her. She is the BEST GMA and mom-inlaw! We love her pieces!!! I visited my brother Spencer who happened to be running the 160 mile Wasatch Back Relay. WOW..... We drove the last leg and watched as they ran some of the last leg from Heber over the Mt. to Park City. Jayson and I may try to put a team together next year. It looks killer and Spencer did a great job! After meetings Jayson and I headed back home watching the miles and discovering we had been over 800 miles in one weekend.(We could have gone to Cali) It was an awesome weekend and the kids and I topped it off with a fun trip with friends to the Brigham pool. I love summer and all the fun adventures!!!!!

A Day With Friends!!!

Our friends from Idaho, The MCclure's came to visit last week and we had fun taking the kids to OGDEN to eat at the Pizza Factory (Kellie and I were totally out number by six kids) but we managed to still have a good time. After PIZZA we were off to play all the games at FatCATS! They had so much fun, posing for pictures, dancing in the isles of the restaurant, and laughing their guts out. B, J, and G had a ball playing with Cade, Chloe and Chance. My kids absolutely love it when they come to visit. Here is a sneak peak of some pictures we took...just for fun! The kids and I are counting down the days until they will come again, or we venture to ID. TOO MUCH FUN!!!!

Summertime! Let's Celebrate.....

Well, it's here and with the kids at home I can officially declare it's summertime. Here are a few pics of how we kicked off the first day of summer. We were invited to an "out of school celebration" at the famous Call's Fort Ski Club Lake. It is just down the street from our home. The kids had so much fun basking in the water and sun.

Baylee, received various awards the last day of school, including the Principals Award from Mrs. Shaffer. She was very excited and we are so proud of her and how she excels in school. She will miss her great teachers and fun friends and her thirst for learning. Good JOB "B"! Here is to a great Summer!!!!!! Hope you enjoy your summer!
